  • Can the jar be repurposed?
    We care about our planet. Less waste is a good thing! That is why we recommend upcycling the glass jar or container once the candle is gone. Some ideas: food storage, drinking glasses, organizing office supplies - pens, pencils, paper clips, rubber bands, beauty supplies. Use your imagination. The possibilities are endless. The easiest way to clean the jar is to place it in the freezer. Once the wax is frozen it can be chipped out. The jar can then be cleaned in the dishwasher or in warm soapy water.
  • Are your candles vegan?
    Our candles and fragrances are considered vegan! We are happy to report that neither we nor our suppliers engage in animal testing.
  • What's the best way to burn a Candle?
    Our recommended burn time is 3-4 hours. Be sure to trim the wick to 6mm or 1/4 inch before each lighting. Always allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the jars before extinguishing. This will allow the candle to burn evenly and prevent "tunneling." Be sure never to leave a candle unattended or in reach of children, pets or a draft. Allow the jar to cool completely before handling.
  • Why candles?
    Think outside the box and do not “surprise” them with another bottle of wine, chocolates, or another typical end of year gift. Be creative and make sure your business contacts remember your gift as THE gift they received. A corporate gift is the chance to stand out and show your business contacts what your company is all about. A candle symbolizes light, peace of mind and creates a cozy atmosphere. The light subtle tones of our scents are refined and personal and will suit your brand. That is how you want your relationships to remember you.
  • Do you provide a GST invoice?
    Yes, we are GST registered and provide you with a tax invoice.
  • Do custom orders come in colours or black and white only?
    We have access to a range of glassware in different shapes, sizes, materials and colors. We also use a professional printer who can provide quality labels for your glasses or tins. This means colors can be matched exactly to your brand.
  • Do you have a minimum order for custom candles?
    The minimum is 10 candles.

  • What kind of information do you need to provide a quote?
    Provide us with a brief idea you have in mind. below can help: - what is the purpose of the candles? - would you like them branded or to have a certain message? - any preference for fragrance? - how many candles will you need?
  • What are the payment terms for custom candles?
    50% of the total bill in advance, the remaining upon collection or delivery. Payment can be made via Credit/Debit card, EFT or Afterpay.
